1. App Purpose and Limitations
CallMeMaybe is intended as a discreet personal safety aid by simulating incoming phone calls. The App does not contact real people, nor should it be considered a substitute for emergency services.

The App is for entertainment and safety support purposes only. We make no guarantees that it will prevent or resolve real-life danger or harm.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to misuse or abuse the simulated call features in a deceptive or unlawful manner.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Premium features may be accessed via in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple, and you are bound by their billing policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software within the App are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the App without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Any harm, real or perceived, that may result from reliance on simulated phone calls
App malfunctions, downtime, or feature unavailability
User misuse of the app
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for using the App in the 6 months preceding any claim.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.
